3.Non-Refundable Payment:
Once payment for the hotspot service is made, it is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued, even in cases of early termination or unused service.
4.Internet Interruption Reporting:
In the event of an internet interruption, customers should promptly report the issue to our customer support.
Compensation for downtime due to service interruptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5.Liability and Indemnification:
Customers agree not to hold us liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if customers violate these terms.
